Apart from creating accounts by the customers from the frontend ‘Customer account’ can be created from the backend by the admin owner also.
- Click on the ‘Add Customer’ button on the upper right-hand side of the customer listing page.
- Then upload the photo of the customer.
- Next fill up the necessary fields like ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Username’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Phone’, ‘Address’, ‘Country’, ‘State’, ‘City’, ‘Zip/Pin’, tick on the Subscribe the promotional newsletter’s field and also provide the ‘Shipping Address’ and ‘Billing Address’.
- Then save the entire information by clicking on the ‘Save’ button on the lower right-hand side of the Customer account page.
Only a single email address can be associated with a customer account at a time. One can alter the email address associated with an account by editing the customer.
For any customer, clicking on the customer name, the Order list, due bills and Passbook for all transaction can be checked from admin panel customer list. Previous due can be paid from this section.
